With art, I feel like it's so important to do projects that are meaningful. I keep being told by people that I should sell my ideas of my projects online - not the typical ones - but the more original ones like the Success Plaques or the Rescue Animals Project. People keep telling me, "Aren't you afraid someone is going to copy you?"
But I realized that the projects that I do with my students are not just for teachers.
Those projects are for everyone of every age!!!
Someone could accidentally run across my site and in reading a post, he/she could feel inspired to change something for the good of their lives, have courage to try something new, or create something that makes them realize the joy of creation. Those things make people feel less stressed and better able to handle the challenges that they face in their lives. And I feel that the more people that are happy, the better off the world is. Doesn't that make it worth it?
